Quality products, done right, and delivered as expected.
We work hard to make sure every order is 100% perfect 100% of the time, but sometimes “stuff happens.” When it does, we believe that how we handle it speaks volumes about our commitment to your satisfaction.
Manufacturing Defect: We will refund your purchase price or remake your order if the product has a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects may include the wrong product, incorrect product color or size, wrong imprint, or wrong imprint locations. We may require that the defective product be returned to us at no cost to you.
Damage During Shipping: We will refund your purchase price or replace items damaged during shipping. We do need your help in this situation. Please refuse the delivery if there is obvious damage. If you can not refuse the shipment, please take photographs of the boxes as they were delivered. This will help us with our claim against UPS/FedEx or other carrier. You Account Manager will be happy to assist you with getting the situation corrected.
Typos or Imprint Errors: We can not refund your purchase price for typos or errors that were included in your Approved Proof. If your Proof has a typo, the production run should have the same typo. That is why it is really important to carefully review your proof!
Pre-Production Cancellation: In the event you change your mind about your order during pre-production, please contact our customer care department for a full refund. However, once your order has been completed with your custom request, we are unable to refund your purchase price.
Responsibility for Shipping: We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
Window of Returns: Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as any issues need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt of order.
